just a hair Southwest of Houston.

About the Artist:

As a self-employed Master Photographer for over thirty years, I have created literally thousands of images. I’ve finally dived into the wonderful world of expressing myself through paint! While the heart behind the creations is the same, the new expressions and materials have baffled and frustrated me at times! I’m finally learning…. Let go, and let the paint speak!

By trusting the new process, my paintings are giving me a new focus, purpose and renewal of Spirit. The act of creating connects me quietly to my life’s purpose of creating, creating beauty and healing through my art.

I explore light, textures, colors and shapes…. sometimes reflecting the adventures of travel or comfort of big Texas skies I’ve witnessed at home. Someone once said to me, “it’s just paint”.
